テキサス州のコミュニティーカレッジでまた襲撃事件発生

A sheriff's deputy stands guard at the entrance to Lone Star College North Harris campus in Houston, Texas, on January 22, as the campus is on lock-down following reports of a shooter on campus. Three people, at least two of them students, were wounded in a shooting on a Texas community college campus Tuesday, a school spokesman said.

オバマ大統領就任式の翌日、アメリカの１月２２日、正午過ぎ、テキサス州ヒューストンに有るローン・スターコミュニティーカレッジでもまたもや襲撃発砲事件が発生。

前回のコネチカットの襲撃事件とは違い、単独の２名の学生がお互い発砲しあったようであるという事が最終的に報道された。事情がわかるまで、ニュース速報で数時間にわたり、襲撃時の混乱の様子がCNN等のニュース番組で伝えられた。

死亡者はいないようだが、犯人も含めて３名がけがをしたと伝えられ、２名の犯人のうち１名は、まだ捕まっていないという報道だった。
